Payments & Fees
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Wise, or a direct bank transfer, assigned automatically based on the country selected during payout setup. Publishers do not choose a provider directly. If your country isn't yet covered, contact us before setting up payouts.
Advertiser Payments
- Advertisers must pre-fund their wallet to run campaigns
- Minimum wallet top-up: £4
- Campaign budgets are deducted from the wallet as ads are served
- All transactions are in GBP (British Pounds)
Publisher Payments
- Payouts are triggered monthly on the 1st of each month, for balances of at least £10 — earnings below that roll over to the next month
- Your payout country is selected during dashboard setup; the provider (Stripe, Wise, or direct bank transfer) is assigned automatically by country and cannot be chosen independently of it
- No HalalSpark fee on any route — publishers receive their full balance
- For the full country-by-provider breakdown, payout timing, and provider fees, see the Publisher Terms
How Publisher Earnings Are Set
Publisher earnings are not a percentage share of what an advertiser pays — both sides of the platform run on fixed, published rates:
- Advertisers pay the published price for the country of the person who sees the ad (standard or premium), as listed on the pricing page from 21 October 2026
- Publishers earn the published rate for the country of each visitor, also listed on the pricing page — the same whether the advertiser paid the standard or premium price. Until 21 October 2026, publishers earn a flat £2.40 per 1,000 impressions
- The difference between what an advertiser pays and what a publisher earns covers ad review, fraud detection, hosting, payout processing, and platform operation
Refunds
- Unused wallet balances can be refunded to advertisers
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Stripe processing fees may be deducted where applicable
- Campaign spending cannot be refunded once ads have been served
Fraud & Invalid Traffic
HalalSpark employs an automated fraud detection system to protect both advertisers and publishers from invalid traffic.
What We Monitor:
- Bot traffic: Automated scripts or non-human visitors
- Domain mismatch: Ads served on unauthorised websites
- Suspicious user agents: Unusual or spoofed browser information
- Click patterns: Abnormally high click rates or repeated clicks from the same source
Consequences:
- Fraudulent traffic generates no revenue for publishers
- Invalid clicks do not consume advertiser budget
- Flagged IP addresses are subject to a cooldown period of approximately 30 minutes
- Repeat offenders face account suspension or permanent termination
We take fraud seriously. If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account or website, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
